PHARMACEUTICAL.
One of the key benefits of incorporating BIM into a pharmaceutical build is the ability to detect clashes and extract data from the model. With a 2D model, it is very easy to miss clashes which can cause severe problems when the facility is in construction. In a complex project with different subcontractors working on site simultaneously and on a tight schedule, there exists many cross-construction works. In order to properly manage the space and avoid pipeline clashes, we integrated all design work into one 3D model to detect clashes, and extract data from the model so as to optimize conflicts, therefore minimising problems on site
It is vital to involve the client as early as possible to see to what extent they will use the model post-build and how their facility will work. We use photogrammetry to reconstruct the physical element to compare with 3D design models and to track the productivity and schedule progress. Isometric drawings and piping diagrams can be created quickly and accurately, helping engineers and technicians visualize equipment and make more informed decisions.
We are specialised in implementing BIM during the concept design stage helping you to define in detail which products to manufacture, volumes and pharmaceutical processes that will be used. Equipment, machinery and technology, as well as all auxiliary facilities are identified and sized. Required buildings and rooms as well as the interactions between them are planned to facilitate the flow of production. We also develop customised BIM tools whether as a 3D model viewer with equipment data or just like a project dashboard suited to your needs.
